Concord Trust's Thomas Rabon shortlisted for a STEP Private Client Award

We are very proud to announce that Thomas Rabon, Vice President of Trust Management at Concord Trust has been nominated in the “Young Practitioner of the Year” category at the 16th annual STEP Private Client Awards. IQ-EQ Group has also been shortlisted in the Trust Company of the Year (large firm) category. This is Thomas’ first-time to be shortlisted and a second in a row for IQ-EQ who won the award in 2020. STEP is the hallmark of quality in the private client trust industry and our shortlisting is a testament to the significant efforts of our global Private Wealth team in the last year.

Thomas joined Concord after graduating from Dartmouth with a BA in Economics. Joining as an intern he was promoted to vice-president in 2020. Since joining the business Thomas has consistently delivered high quality, value adding work. He has not only delivered for clients, but also helped to optimize internal processes and drive new business. Thomas’ expertise extends from high-level client liaison down to the fine detail of compliance. Outside of the office Thomas is an internationally competitive cross-country skier, a volunteer at the Maine Wellness Centre and a Dartmouth Admissions Ambassador.

The winners will be announced at a virtual awards ceremony on 21 September 2021.
